The aim of Balanced Wellness is for clients and students to facilitate self-growth and self-healing to gain a better quality of life.
Stress and Pain can affect the muscular, skeletal, fascia and emotional systems.
This could be caused by stress, accidents, trauma, and lifestyle or environmental. Deciding do you live with it or do you choose to take action to make a change.
I have been treating clients for over 15 years working with people who live with chronic pain such as back, neck, shoulder and arm problems.

Beginners Yang Tai Chi and Qigong – 5.00pm to 6.00pm
Beginners Qigong and Meditation – 6.15pm to 7.15pm
Wearing comfortable clothing and thinner soled shoes is recommended.
In the beginning you first learn the physical movements and continue with practice to gain better performance. The aim is to relax, soften and loosen the body to release the built up tension in the body and to allow the intent of the mind to allow for changes.
Qigong is simpler to learn than the physical movements of Tai Chi, and takes less room to practice.
It is a wonderful therapeutic exercise system used for its health benefits and healing abilities to become calmer, gain strength, improve balance through awareness and coordinating gentle movements to gain a state of relaxation.
Meditation allows you to quieten the mind and learn skills to sit or stand and explore your Chi/Qi.
Physically for both Tai Chi and Qigong you are using muscle and moving joints, gaining awareness of your posture and how you are moving to gain benefits to strengthen your body and mind.
